Serious bug when navigating text

$

Good afternoon from the UK. Happy Thanksgiving to all Americans.I am writing to inform you of a potentially serious bug when navigating text, particularly when writing an email and you are in the message body. For this bug to appear though, you must change the behaviour of how VoiceOver speaks when moving the cursor. It must be changed from the default to "speak to the right of the cursor". Once set, try navigating text by character, and watch one or more characters skip, whether you are moving forwards or backwards. Try this when writing an email and focus in the message body for example. This has been brought to my attention thanks to a mr Price, who has already reported it to Apple and even the engineers has been made aware following recent telephone calls to and from their accessibility department. However if you can duplicate, please do the same, as the more they hear about it, the higher the likelyhood of them fixing it.Thank you for reading and your cooperation in this matter.Have a good day.

1. does the watch will speak the time automatically if you raise your arms like the concept of raise to awake of iPhones?.
2. how's the battery usage? what is the actual average use of the watch if you set the all power saving options, something like that.
3. waht is your voice over feedback about this watch?
4. is this worth to buy and why, just for your opinion.

sorry for my long post just for the sake of my taking the plunge in the watch 42 mm. any answer are much appreciated!

Other Comments:

This is a great alternative to the Seeing AI: Talking Camera for the Blind and Aipoly Vision: Sight for Blind & Visually Impaired. Envision AI is available in many countries where the
Seeing AI: Talking Camera for the Blind is not. The biggest feature that Envision AI must feature is the ability to teach Envision AI to recognize objects and faces. Very similar to the LookTel Recognizer. This feature is not in the
Seeing AI: Talking Camera for the Blind or any other similar object recognition apps making this one of my most favorite feature in the Envision AI.

The developers have been great in listening to all the feedback and how the app could be improved. Each update is making this more and more mature and great to use.

The only comment that I want the users to understand and know about is that Envision AI is now currently free. At some point it may become a paid subscription. What would be included as being free and on the monthly subscription have yet to be seen. That will be be seen and heard from the developer when the beta cycle has ended.

The developer is currently taking all feedback so that they can make this as robust as it can be so that it will be worth to have a monthly subscription. I would prefer a straight up price of rlife, but I also understand that the developer must make money and recoup the development cost and all future upgrades.

Hello. I have an apple watch and am looking for a checklist for my watch. I know about AnyList but the thing is that I cannot subscribe to anything because I am limited to only use gift cards so I cannot subscribe to ANYTHING at all. So I would need a good list for my watch so I can add via dictation or at least check items on but it would be great if I could dictate the list.

Advice on external mixers for the mac

$

Hello all:
I realize that there are all kinds of various external hardware devices out there for the Mac, and I am looking into getting one. I also realize that quite a few people in this community have said devices. I am wondering what kind of mixer would be the best. I have a MacBook pro 2017 model. of course, it only has USB C. I do have the proper adapters to go from C to USB 2, but I would prefer a mixer that would support USB C. What devices deliver the most in accessibility? I want to use it in order to digitize audio, and I also need it to support external mics such as the Blue Yeti. Thoughts? Thanks.

Incredibly frustrated! Tweetings Siri Integration, how in the world?

$

OK, this is going to drive me to insanity! I'm usually a super advanced techy when it comes to iOS, OSX, etc. Further, I have absolutely no issues with Googling and looking things up on my own. This however has thrown me for a wild goose chace.

I am trying with Tweetings 3.3.3.2 64 bit, (as found in the about section of the more tab, settings, About,) to get Siri to work with it's entegration. Under iOS's Settings, Siri and search, I have Use Siri set to, "On." When I activate Siri, I cannot seem to find any utterance which will allow me to update Twitter using Siri integration. Every combination I've tried, like, "Update Twitter using Tweetings,""Post to Twitter using Tweetings," etc, is coming back telling me, "I'm sorry Christopher. I can't do that." I looked in the More tab of the app, but see no help area. The homepage for the app isn't very specific, and Googling isn't really helping either more than just telling me it can be done. I've tried reaching out to Tweetings support via Twitter, (), so we'll see what happens there. In the short term though, if anyone knows how to do this, I'd greatly accept any help I can get. I'm using an iPhone X, although this is also happening with my iPhone 7 Plus. Both devices running iOS 11.1.2.

Some of the buttons especially for going back are labeled strangely. Using the filter screen is a little odd but it can be done with VO. Sometimes you don't always get feedback when you make a selection in the filter screen even though the selection was made.

Scanning Print On The Mac

Hello all,
I have a Macbook air and am scanning a book onto it right now. I am using Finereader, however Finereader makes my Mac get really hot, and sometimes it takes a while to process things, it also freazes a lot. Does anyone else have these issues? If so, how do I fix them?
Are their any other free scanning apps out there for the Mac? If so, what are some pretty low cost ones that work really well?
Does Kurzwiel work for the Mac? I know Kurzwiel300 or Kurzwiel 200 is availiable for the Mac, but I don't know if it works with voice over.
Does anyone have any tips for using finereader? Right now, I have set my Resulation to 1200 and it's really slow, but I'm hoping it scans in a lot better.
Thank you for the tips

tvOS 11: should I bother resetting?

Between utterly spastic Apple TV remote touch pad focus movement and lack of proper information being voiced in Hulu, particularly in lists of episodes, plus other issues, I haven't been able to use the Apple TV 4 since upgrading to TVOS 11 / 11.1. Are others still having similar experiences, or does a reset fix them? Not worth hunting down the app passwords unless I have reason to think it'd work.
Thanks.
